Welcome to Design Idea! By ordering our services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read these terms carefully. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions stated here without modification, we cannot accept your order. Design Idea may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time by updating this web page. You should visit this page periodically to review the Terms and Conditions, because they are binding on you.

Terms & Conditions

1) Design Idea will begin creation of your logo, corporate identity, website or other project upon receipt of the balance due for your specific project.

2) Upon completion of the project and once all designs have been approved, the client agrees to pay the remaining balance due for his/her order. FULL payment is required before Design Idea will provide any FINAL artwork to the client. Design Idea will provide the final files to the client either by CD and digital download once full payment has been received. Ownership rights to all of the final artwork will transferred to the client once final payment has been made, and we will retain rights to use any artwork or designs from the project in our portfolio or other marketing efforts.

3) Due to the complexities of international copyright and trademark law, Design Idea will not be held liable should our client be found to be infringing on an already existing copyright, trademark or service mark relating to the company name or it's services. All artwork created by Design Idea is original work, and can be protected by copyright should the client choose to do so.

4) Should the client be dissatisfied with the quality or Design Idea's work and/or service, client has the right to cancel the project and Design Idea will refund the balance payment already made, minus a $50 processing fee. This refund/cancellation policy is void, and full payment of the project balance is required, if any of the following is true:

• If you have requested revisions
• If we do not hear back from you for more than 30 days
• If the company we are creating the logo for closes, changes their name or their activity
• If the project was closed for reasons unrelated to our design.

5) During the course of the project, Design Idea will be prompt in delivering revisions and additional requests, as well as in responding to emails or phone calls from the client.

7) All artwork, designs, edits and revisions created during the project (aside from the FINAL design(s) accepted by the client according to project details) remain the exclusive copyright and property of Design Idea. Any of this work by the client and/or their affiliates is strictly prohibited without written permission from Design Idea.

8) Design Idea is not liable for any damages or expenses incurred by the client in the use of the artwork created during their project by third parties, unless the third party has previously contacted Design Idea in regards to your specific project.
