:If you have requested revisions
If we do not hear back from you for
more than 30 days
If the company we are creating the
logo for closes, changes their name or
their activity
If the project was closed for reasons
unrelated to our design.

FREE revisions of your logo design until
you approve of your final logo design. We
will continue to work on your logo for as
long as it takes, making as many changes
as you would like to see. Upon completion
of the project you are responsible for the
full project balance.
Design Idea is not responsible for technological
delays beyond our immediate control. This
includes our emails not reaching you due
to a strict spam filter, if you lose internet
access for any reason, or if you lose any
of our emails that are important to the
project, causing delays.
